A Texas native, born and raised in Midland, Francie is a University of Texas graduate with a BBA in Finance and International Business. She and her husband Gary, along with their two children, have lived in the Westlake Hills area of Austin for over 2 decades. They currently reside in a home they built on Lake Austin. She loves participating in outdoor sports such as snowboarding, scuba diving and air-chairing. Other activities she enjoys on those rare occasions away from work include hiking, biking, playing bridge and simply taking pleasure in being outside. She is proud to be an active member of the Austin community and has been involved heavily in charitable and arts organizations in the city over the past 20-plus years, having held several offices and board positions.

Francie specializes in residential and commercial representation of buyers, sellers, builders and developers for luxury properties and multi-family projects. Her deep involvement with developers and projects in the urban in-fill areas keep her knowledgeable about the ever changing atmosphere in those areas. She particularly likes helping buyers and sellers of lake property since she lives on the lake and is familiar with the intricate aspects of owning a lakefront property.

While she remains a dedicated mother to her two children, now that they are grown she has been able to devote more time toward her career in real estate sales. Her goal is to make your real estate experience enjoyable and stress-free.
