A native Texan, mother of two daughters, and a recent grandmother, Charlotte has been an Austin resident since 1984, and she began selling real estate that same year. Corporate transfers moved her family every few years while she was growing up and settling in Austin fulfilled her dream of establishing roots and raising her children in one place. She considers herself and her children very fortunate that Austin just happened to be that place.

Charlotte enjoys having fun and has a variety of interests that include travel, architecture, fashion, reading, cooking, physical fitness/exercise and good friends. She loves volunteer work and has been involved in many organizations, including The Junior League of Austin, Sustaining Member, Women’s Symphony League of Austin, Heritage Society, Ballet Austin Guild, Life Member, Austin Natural Science Association Guild and Austin Junior Forum. As a result of her many years of volunteerism, she has been honored as Volunteer of the Year by the Austin Board of REALTORS®. Charlotte is a life long Presbyterian and an ordained Elder in the Presbyterian Church. She is also a member of Barton Creek Country Club.

Charlotte has many interests, but real estate is her passion. She has been a top producer with AvenueOne Properties, Inc. for many years and is very respected in the Austin real estate community, especially for her expertise and broad knowledge of the high end market. Her insight and familiarity with new construction and architecture adds a unique level of sophistication to her real estate expertise. Austin’s Elite25 is comprised of the agents that close the majority of the high end sales in the Austin marketplace. Members are selected each year based on confirmed and documented sales, and Charlotte is one of the few agents in the city to have been selected a Member of Austin’s Elite25 each and every year since its 1994 origination. Representing both buyers and sellers, she has facilitated many public and private, high profile sales over the years and when the right property doesn’t seem to materialize, she always manages access to a variety of properties that are not actively on the market and effectively pulls another “rabbit out of the hat!”.
